Bond Cleaning Checklist

Empty vanities/cabinets before cleaning.

  • Deep scrub & clean toilet including under rim, lid & cistern
  • Clean mirrors & glass (incl. accessible windows)
  • Clean & dry-buff vanity and benchtops
  • Inside/outside of vanity cupboards, drawers & medicine cabinets (must be empty)
  • Clean, vacuum & mop tiled floors; clean all tile surfaces
  • Clean & dry-buff sinks, taps & handles; shower & screen; bathtub
  • High touch points (handles/switches); soap holders (remove soap scum)
  • Exhaust fan; accessible light fittings (remove bugs)
  • Dust skirting; remove cobwebs; clean door & window frames

Dishwasher/cupboards/drawers must be empty before cleaning.

  • Degrease & wipe benchtops & surfaces; clean & dry-buff sinks and taps
  • Interior & exterior of dishwasher (must be empty)
  • Detail stovetop, splashbacks & exhaust/rangehood
  • Inside/outside cupboards & drawers incl. handles (must be empty)
  • High-touch points (handles/switches/outlets)
  • Clean, vacuum & mop floors; light fittings; dust skirting
  • Clean door & window frames

Oven

  • Clean using proper oven cleaner
  • Internal oven/grill incl. glass
  • Remove grease/grime; degrease grill & plates
  • Wipe down & clean oven front

Wardrobes / Cupboards

  • Clean shelves & drawers (all levels) (must be empty)
  • Clean doors & handles; mirrored tracks & frames
  • Clean handles/railings & glass surfaces
  • Remove cobwebs & dust

Bedrooms / Entrance / Hallway / Lounge / Dining / Balcony

  • Dust skirting boards; remove cobwebs throughout
  • Clean fixtures (switches/doorbell/handles/locks) & other high touch points
  • Clean light switches & electrical outlets
  • Clean ceiling fans & accessible light fittings (remove bugs)
  • Clean vents (A/C & heater)
  • Clean door & window frames; vacuum & mop all floors

Laundry

  • Wipe benchtops; clean & dry-buff sink/tub & taps
  • Remove dust & lint; clean skirting
  • Clean lint from exhaust fan (ceiling)
  • Vacuum & mop floors; clean light fittings
  • Clean door & window frames; high-touch points
  • Clean interior/exterior of cupboards & shelves

Internal Windows

  • Wipe glass surfaces & remove cobwebs in accessible areas (flyscreens must be removed prior)

  • Ceilings, exterior walls/windows, or areas outside normal reach
